From April 16 to 18, 2025, Faculty of Business and Management underwent a comprehensive visit by the Academic Consultation Panel (ACP) composed of external experts and scholars. The purpose of this review was to conduct a comprehensive examination of the Faculty' s perfomance in teaching, research, and management from the perspective of external experts. 

The members of the ACP included Professor Hengqing YE from the Department of Logistics and Maritime Studies at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Business School, Professor Li TIAN, Associate Dean of the Business School at Nankai University, Professor Ning GAO from the Department of Finance and Economics at the University of Manchester, and Associate Professor Dr. Qianzhou Du from the Department of Management at the University of Science and Technology of China.

During the three-day visit, the panel met with department heads, faculty representatives, members of the advisory committee, potential employers, students and graduate representatives to understand and evaluate the teaching and research activities of the faculties in detail, covering their strategic planning, organisational management, curriculum setting, academic and practical resources for students, faculty and staff development, teaching and research support and other aspects, and provided valuable feedback and suggestions.

In addition, the panel also visited Faculty's Accounting and Finance Laboratory, Behavioral and Decision Research Laboratory, BNBU Learning Resource Center, House of Shedao, House of Guqin, among other facilities.
