The FBM Logo Design Competition is Officially Launched!

Over the past two decades, the Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) has flourished and grown alongside the University (BNBU), and now stands ready to embrace an exciting new chapter of innovation, growth, and excellence.


To commemorate this remarkable milestone, FBM is proud to announce a call for logo design submissions. We warmly invite students, staff, alumni, and creative individuals to join us in this meaningful initiative. We encourage you to channel your creativity and passion to design a logo that embodies the vision and mission of FBM.

3. Submission Requirements

·Clear Theme: The design should fully embody FBM’s vision and mission, highlight its cultural identity, showcase its professional characteristics, and establish a positive and inspiring image for FBM (e.g., intelligence, leadership, internationalization).

·Artistic Appeal: The design should be unique, creative, and visually striking, with a clean and simple design. It should demonstrate strong artistic expression and adhere to professional graphic design standards. The design should also be versatile and adaptable for various applications and extensions.

·Other Requirements:

oThe logo design must have dimensions larger than 5cm × 5cm.

oThe submission should be presented on an A4-sized document with the CMYK color values clearly indicated.

oThe resolution must be at least 300 dpi.

oAccepted file formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF.

·Design Concept Description: A written explanation of the design concept, not exceeding 300 words, should accompany the submission.

4. Submission Method and Deadline

·Please submit your design along with the completed registration form via email to fbm@bnbu.edu.cn. Ensure the email subject line follows this format: FBM Logo Design Submission_Faculty/School/Admin Unit/Institution Name_Full Name.

·Submission Deadline: December 19, 2025.

5. Evaluation and Awards

·The Faculty will review all submissions and select the winning designs. The following awards will be presented:

oAward for Design Adoption (1 winner): 10,000 RMB

oFinalist Award (3 winners): 5,000 RMB each

·The results will be officially announced on FBM’s website and its official WeChat. Please note that the design selected for the "Award for Design Adoption" may undergo further refinement and modifications to suit specific application needs.

·To honor the creativity and dedication of the winners, FBM will host an awards ceremony. The specific date and time of the ceremony will be announced in due course.

6. Important Notes

·All submitted works must be original, unpublished, and free from any infringement on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties. If a submission is found to involve legal disputes or violates intellectual property rights (e.g., plagiarism or unauthorized use of existing works), the participant will assume full legal responsibility and will be disqualified from the competition. FBM reserves the right to take legal action for any damages or negative impacts incurred.

·Once submitted, participants are prohibited from using, developing, publishing, promoting, or transferring their designs in any form, either independently or through authorization to others.

·All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and usage rights of the winning designs, will be fully owned by FBM. Winning participants may be required to make modifications to their designs based on FBM’s feedback, if necessary.

·Submitted works will not be returned. Participants are encouraged to retain copies of their designs for their own records.

·FBM reserves the final right of interpretation for this competition.
