As of June 13, 28 have secured postgraduate admissions to prestigious universities worldwide, while 13 have chosen career paths, joined family businesses, or pursued freelancing. New Highs! 57% QS30 & 71% QS50 Admission Rates
This year's cohort set new five-year records, with a QS30 admission rate of 57% and a QS50 rate of 71%. The QS100 admission rate stands at 80%. The 28 students pursuing further studies received a total of 123 postgraduate offers, averaging an impressive 3.7 QS100 offers per person.

Strong Recognition from World-Leading Universities
Among the UK's G5 institutions, University College London (UCL) continued its strong record of admissions. The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) increased its offers from one last year to four this year. Ivy League universities in the US, namely the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia University, also extended offers, totaling three.
These new records in QS30/QS50 admissions and the growth in offers from G5 and Ivy League institutions are a testament to our students' excellence and a powerful endorsement of our programme's quality by the world's top academic institutions.

Placement at Prestigious Employers
Graduates entering the workforce have secured positions at leading companies such as Shengjing Bank, while others are building specialized careers within the HR field. Our alumni hold key roles—including HR Director, Recruitment Manager, HR Business Partner, and Senior Consultant—at numerous Fortune 500 companies. A significant number have also pursued academic careers, with some having earned doctoral degrees and now teaching at world-renowned universities. Others have chosen careers within the public sector.
Competitive Salaries
Data from the past eight years shows that 21% of MHR alumni earn an annual salary between 190,000 and 300,000 RMB, while 28% earn over 300,000 RMB. According to Zhaopin's Q3 2024 "China Enterprise Recruitment Salary Report," alumni employed in first-tier cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) command salaries that significantly exceed the local average by 40% to 75%.

Our MHR alumni have built careers across the globe, with a presence in over 10 countries and regions including Germany, the Netherlands, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Tokyo (Japan), Canada, San Francisco and New York (USA), and Canberra (Australia).
