The Department of Management, Faculty of Business and Management, is pleased to invite Mr. Scott WENG, a 2013 alumni of the Management of Human Resources (MHR) programme, to share his career journey and unique insights with students.

Mr. Scott WENG is the Founding Partner of SeeStar Consulting and previously served as Consulting Director at Morgan Philips Group, a global leading talent acquisition company. With extensive practical experience and a diverse professional perspective in the field of human resources, he will offer valuable insights based on his rich background.

During the session, Mr. Scott WENG will share his personal journey from a workplace novice to a founding partner, reflecting on how his university experience continues to benefit his career development. He will also analyze industry trends and future opportunities, discuss essential competencies and growth paths for HR professionals, and compare his experiences across different career models.
