Abstract:

In this talk, I would like to outline my academic work and discuss possible avenues for collaboration with colleagues and students at DAcc and FBM. I will briefly introduce my academic background as well as my research in accounting, where I use analytical methods to study the design of incentive and coordination mechanisms. I will also describe my approach to teaching, with a focus on helping students develop a data-driven, analytical mindset for managerial decision-making. Additionally, I will discuss my experience with mentoring and involvement in international academic networks. Finally, I look forward to learning more about the department’s and faculty’s priorities so that we can identify opportunities for mutually beneficial collaboration.
