Enhanced Career Advantages
While a Zhaopin survey indicates a five-year rising trend in graduates preferring state-owned enterprises (reaching 47.7% in 2024), our MHR graduates demonstrate a stronger inclination toward multinational corporations, Sino-foreign joint ventures, and industry leaders. This preference highlights their competitive edge and is associated with more favorable compensation packages.
According to Zhaopin's Q1 2024 "China Enterprise Recruitment Salary Report," alumni employed in first-tier cities (Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen) earn salaries 22% to 57% above the local average. Our MHR alumni network now spans more than 10 countries and regions, including the United States, Germany, Singapore, and Hong Kong SAR.
