Management of Human Resources

The BBA (Honours) in Management of Human Resources (abbreviated as MHR) aims to prepare future leaders with a strong business acumen to be change agents to drive value for a better tomorrow both for themselves and for all. We offer a deep commitment to the“whole-person” development by immersing our students in meaningful and life-transformative learning experiences throughout their four-year undergraduate studies, with an aim at invigorating their creativity and strength to enable them to positively influence and change the lives of many people, and at supporting them in realizing their dreams.

Internship Programmes

The internship program is vital to contemporary management and business education. Internships provide students with an opportunity to apply what they have learned in the classroom to the “real world.” Personal skills and professional skills developed in internships have been proved to be highly correlated with future career adaptation and career success.

International Programmes

UIC also provides opportunities for students to study abroad. Our broad-based curriculum accords the flexibility for our MHR students to transfer credits gained from overseas exchange programmes to satisfy UIC requirements. Prior to a student's departure, the consent of the Programme Director is required for courses to be taken in a foreign study programme. If you are exploring studying abroad opportunities, you have to meet with an academic advisor as soon as possible.
