The review results of the 2023 National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects application were recently announced, and six UIC scholars were awarded project grants, including two general projects and four youth fund projects.

The funding recipients for the two general projects are Prof Wang Tian and Prof Wang Qing-Guo; both are of the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST).

The recipients of the funding for the four youth fund projects are Dr Wu Shuang of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS), Dr Wang Ya of FST, Dr Wang Peng of the Faculty of Business and Management (FBM) and Dr Ning Xuan of FHSS.
