Some of the specific needs include: achieving self-improvement through training, and improve senior managers’ strategic and tactical decision-making abilities in traditional and innovative scenarios. The training courses will embody the characteristics of the combination of UIC's international vision and the enterprises’ local wisdom, and turn internationally advanced, mature and practical management concepts and tools into operational and executable programmes with guiding significance for enterprise management practice.
