Some stress is helpful, but too much stress for too long prevents you from doing your best. How can you be at your best in challenging situation and when performance really counts such as before coursework deadlines or in exams, presentations and interviews?
In this interactive talk, you’ll have an opportunity to try out kindness techniques that have been shown to reduce the negative impact of stress on performance and support resilience, motivation, and well-being. By being kind to yourself and others you create conditions that allow you and others to thrive.
