Winson Woo, the Partner of Ernst & Young’s Advisory Services in South China, gave a career talk about placement, internship opportunities and development at his firm for UIC students on 21 September.
Mr Woo is also Director of the Information Systems Audit and Controls Association China Hong Kong Chapter.
He mentioned that EY’s services are in a wide range of sectors and industries. The company offers numerous opportunities where young graduates could take it as an impeccable choice and career springboard.
His colleague Jessica Chen from the Human Resources Office introduced their culture and the procedure to apply for EY’s positions.
Another guest speaker Jessia Yang, alumna of UIC, shared her inspiring experience of working in EY’s Tax Department. Jessia graduated from the Accounting Programme of the Division of Business and Management. She was one of the student representatives to deliver a valedictory speech at the Graduation Ceremony in 2015.
