On 27 November, DBM Marketing students visited Ninestar-GnG who is one of the biggest corporation in Zhuhai. Ninestar Corporation includes many companies who produce microchips (APEX in China and SCC in USA), printers (PANTUM and LEXMARK), and printer consumable cartridges (inkjet and toner cartridge). The visit was organized by Dr. Youssef ELHAOUSSINE as field trip for his Business to Business course. Dr Youssef used to be a Professional Purchaser and Quality Control manager in the printing industry. 10 years ago, he used to buy product from GnG and other factories in China. However, this time he came back as a Professor with his students.

During the visit, students were able to discover the history and the development of Ninestar from a simple producer of printer consumables to one of the top corporation in the global printing industry. Then, they visited one of the factory floor and were able to observe closely the first automated production line for toner cartridge.

Finally, Ninestar Global Marketing manager, GnG Brand manager and Ninestar Social Media manager welcomed the students for a working session. The managers shared their professional experiences and they asked the students to offer their input on a marketing problem.
