About the Speaker:

Hailing originally from London, U.K, Mr. Alexander Chalk, a seasoned hotelier, has more than 20 years of global luxury hospitality experience. From his culinary roots within some of the world’s finest restaurants to his time working within Marriott international at EDITION hotels, W Hotels and the Ritz Carlton, Alexander has been committed to providing elevated guest experience and sublime luxury standards. After achieving executive chef at the tender age of 23, Alexander worked across the globe in North America, Australasia, Europe and the Middle East where he then transitioned to be pre-opening Food and beverage Director for the Abu Dhabi EDITION. After a successful opening Alexander moved to the flagship W in Asia, W Shanghai the bund, as Hotel Manager. Mr. Alexander Chalk was appointed by Marriott International as General Manager of the St Regis Zhuhai, in August of 2020.
