Completed the Master of Business Administration at Cardiff Business School, Mr Chan has substantial top management experience. He has also substantial experiences in the academic world. Mr. Chan is very active in the community, apart from being Vice-Chairman of Chartered Institute of Marketing, he is also the Business Advisor to Junior Chamber of Commerce, he is also the industrial advisor to Hang Seng Management College, School of Business.
