Prof C.K. Woo, Head of the Department of Economics, Hong Kong Baptist University

 

Senior partner now on leave from Energy and Environmental Economics, Inc. (www.ethree.com), a San Francisco-based consulting firm that he cofounded in 1993.  With 30 years of industry experience, he has published over 100 refereed articles on energy economic and applied microeconomics. A senior fellow of the United States Association for Energy Economics; An associate editor of Energy and their guest editor of a 2006 special issue on electricity market reform and deregulation and a 2010 special issue on demand response resources; A member of the editorial board of The Energy Journal and their guest editor of a 1988 special issue on electricity reliability; A guest editor of a 2011 special issue on renewable energy for Energy Policy; and an affiliate with Hong Kong Energy Studies Centre.
