On 8 October, about 30 DBM students were invited to PwC Guangzhou Center to attend the Open Day. Students had a better understanding of the firm, gaining valuable insights into career structure in PwC.

In the warming up section, students were asked to compose a poem in groups on the theme of leadership or innovation. DBM students confidently volunteered themselves to share theirs and won a round of applause. PwC department supervisors continuously took the topic and expounded how PwC embodied these two spirits by sharing their own experiences. Students were drawn nearer to a practical workplace, foreseeing chances and challenges they may face in the future.

HR representatives introduced the procedure applying for PwC positions. Students were so passionate to take the details that they kept standing beside PwC staff and asking questions instead of taking a break during the Free Talk. Special recruitment programmes were also introduced to graduates, encouraging them to think over their career development.
